What Are You Feeling?

Before we discuss why we feel so bad sometimes, we will talk about what we are feeling. If your thinking goes unchecked, it is completely normal to have one or many of the following thinking patterns and feelings:

1) You may feel you are a complete failure.

2) You may feel you will never be able to hold down a job.

3) You may feel because of how your confidence level is, you will never be able to do the job you
    really want to do.

4) You may feel you will never have any true friends.

5) You may feel you can never win the respect of loved ones, friends or the people you work with.

6) You may feel your marriage can not be salvaged.

7) You may feel that if your marriage does dissolve, you would not be able to get by.

8) You may feel you cannot make ends meet financially.

9) You may feel there is nobody who cares for you.

10) You may feel your disability is too debilitating for you to handle.

11) You may feel that your anxiety is getting so bad that you can't go on.

12) You may feel that because you have never been truly happy, that you will never find true
      happiness.

13) You may feel that because so many bad circumstances are happening to you at this time that
you can never rise above them all.

14) You may feel that God does not love you and will not help you.

15) You may feel like you have exhausted all of your chances to succeed in life.

16) You may feel you have an addiction that can never be overcome.

17) You may feel that if your family or friends found out about what you are struggling with they
      would abandon you.

18) You may feel that there is no chance of anyone ever wanting to love you.

19) You may feel that a dear friend or loved one who has bad habits will never change.

20) You may feel so bad that you begin to feel that the only right thing to do is to kill yourself.
